Nurse Charged With Rape Of Disabled Patient
After a six-month investigation by a New York grand jury, a licensed practical nurse (LPN) is now facing formal criminal charges of: second degree rape and endangering the welfare of an incompetent or disabled person. This story first came to light when a complaint was reported to the New York State Department of Health that Kipper Allen Stevens had sexual relations with a disabled female patient at Shore Winds Nursing Home.
